Hi, Laurie,
I was having an unusually unfocused day and saw your email so listened to the recording with Stephanie McWilliams when I was eating my lunch. I looked around me and I had multiple piles of papers all over my office, piles of journals on the floor and an uplugged space heater (definitely don’t need that now). No wonder I was losing focus — there were work projects in every pile – distracting me and making me feel overwhelmed. I took 15 minutes and cleared out the piles and had a much better afternoon. I am still have more to do (got to find somewhere to put that space heater & its ugly box), but I’ve at least started. Thanks!
